Latch-iT Self Storage completed a full property renovation in 2023, bringing a modern, secure, and tenant-friendly storage experience to West Hattiesburg.

All drive-up units now feature new standing-seam metal roofs, new Janus roll-up doors, LED lighting installed every 30 feet, and full perimeter fencing with 24/7 digital security camera coverage. Tenants also enjoy the convenience of Nokē® Bluetooth Smart Entry, allowing app-based access without keys or codes.

Construction will begin in early 2026 on a state-of-the-art temperature-controlled building at our West Hills Drive location, with climate-controlled units expected to be available in late 2026.

Our West Hattiesburg facility is located just west of Interstate 59 along the Longleaf Trace and directly adjacent to The Chelsea apartment community. We are convenient to Merit Health Wesley, Turtle Creek Mall, Temple Baptist Church, and are only 1.3 miles from The University of Southern Mississippi.

Truly a wonderful experience! We came from another state to move here and when our closings fell through we were in desperate need to find storage till all things got corrected.
